Founded by Daniel Reece, Elevating Voices transforms communication through the power of the performing arts. Drawing on Daniel’s background as a performer and coach, the work bridges theatrical technique with behavioral science to help individuals and teams communicate with greater presence, clarity, and impact. Rather than focusing solely on scripts or surface-level delivery tips, the approach centers on how communication is embodied, experienced, and ultimately received.
The name Elevating Voices reflects both the method and the mission. At its core, the work is about helping people access and strengthen their authentic voice—physically, emotionally, and intellectually—so their ideas can rise to the level they deserve. Through tools drawn from actor training, vocal technique, and cognitive frameworks, clients learn how to manage nerves, command attention, and align intention with expression. Confidence becomes something practiced and repeatable, not performative or forced.

Daniel partners with C-suite executives worldwide to strengthen their communication in high-stakes moments. Drawing on his background as a performer, he blends performing arts technique with neuroscience-based analysis to help leaders communicate with clarity and confidence.
With over 15 years of experience, Daniel has coached professionals at organizations including Google, Goldman Sachs, Coca-Cola, the United Nations, and Mastercard. He holds an MFA from Yale University and continues to perform on stage and screen, bringing a performer’s edge to executive communication.
